I have been an athlete in hibernation for way too long and I'm ready to come out already. It has been WAY to long since I have felt like an actual athlete. I used to train several hours a day and now I am lucky if I get in a couple of hours a week. I have decided that this HAS to change and NOW is the time. :-)
