1300 calories with 1500 cal limit
Sad PLEASE be careful...I ahve run into this myself. When you get to few calories, you body holds onto every calorie it can. It flips into starvation mode and you actuially gain weight on what few calories you are giving yourself. tood a 12 lb weight gain for me to actuially believe this. Go to the RDI on fat secret and figure out what you need for a moderate weight loss!

low calories, pleanty of exercise and then...WEIGHT GAIN!!!
help!! Yikes...1300 calories to 1500 calories, moderate to high exercise and then gain! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!Sad
