I really miss milk!!
thanks for all the suggestions. im going to try making some almond milk, altho i wud rather just buy it haha im lazy!! an00bis, that exactly the sort of thing im looking for altho i looked at postage and packaging, and because it is sent from the us postage can be from 50%-100% of the product price!! Confused but im going to keep looking for similar products in the uk!

i completely agree, this week can really set me back, but even more so because i FEEL so bloated n horrible that no amount of 'good eating' is gonna make me feel or look any better that i may aswell turn to 'bad eating' for comfort.
Although saying this, the last few months have been alot easier for me and i havnt really felt like doing much excerise during this week so i just take that week where im feeling a bit down and less motivated and just catch up on rest and 'me time'... which usually involves sleeping whenever i can grab a minute lol... that works for me, but i dont know about others Confused

i actually thought of that! but any of the low carb ones ive found are quite expensive and i was scared to buy it and not like it lol then it gets wasted!! do yu have any powders yu can reccomend??
