I am 38 year old father of 2. Last year I had ankle surgery for some torn tendons. I put on significant weight during that time. I hope to get back to what I consider a very comfortable weight 190.

Sugar free redbull
I enjoy redbull, like the taste, energy etc. Ive read some pretty negative things. I dont drink coffee. 1 of these every couple of days cant do much harm can it? Ive had nothing but water for last 9 days so this was so heavenly I may endeavor to do so again in the future heh. Just wanna know what you guys think about it. Thanks!

Hello all
Yeah no buns for me. I did use a bit of ketchup early on day 2 or so, but im not doing that anymore. Sadly ive always hated mustard, not sure ive ever tried horseradish. Its an idea. I was out last night, friend and I stopped at Roma's. I ordered an Italian beef sandwich and just ate the meat out of if it. I had no idea how to catalogue that entry tho. I just picked 5oz italian beef for my diary entry.

Hello all
I just now saw this topic had a 2nd page, I kept checking it to see if anyone else responded and just saw my last post which was last post of page 1. Lol. Ok, so mummy is 5g of kethup really enough to kick you out of Ketosis? I have the book and know the rules. My only two cheats at all were about 20 peanuts and a teaspoon of ketchup. Have had anything to drink but water. I just cant imagine eating a hamburger without a small bit of ketchup, my local store didnt seem to have the no carb/no sugar variety. Ill keep looking. Thanks all for the advice and support! I appreciate it!

Hello all
Thanks Skinnyzee =) Also I figured out can change settings to show net carbs now. This is only day 2 for me, but so far so good. Ill undoubtly have more questions, nice to have good folks who have been there to advise. Looking forward to my weigh in at the end of the week.

Hello all
I made a bit of a mistake, I noticed I was getting very close to my carb limit as shown on my food diary, so I reduced the amount of broccoli to keep it at or under 20. I however noticed food diary isnt NET carbs so I likely had some wiggle room.

I need to go shopping again, my first shopping list I made for Atkins I was a bit unprepared, just bought a lot of meat and 2 cartons of eggs. I was more focused on following the rules than how sick of those things I might get. Ill go on my way home from work grab some things. Avocado will be purchased heh
