Hello everyone,
New week, new goals ;)
So I did my workout yesterday, 2.7 miles in 30 mins.
Spent two hours in the kitchen preparing my meals for the 5 workdays.
Oh my next girlfriend she will be lucky am pretty good Chef haha.
Today weighed my self 240 down 4 ... Pretty good, what helped is I prepared my food for the whole week including snacks ... in-terms of workout I worked-out almost everyday except for Saturday. All the workouts where ( 30 mins run , distance varies btw 2.6 to 2.8).
Excited for this week. Lets see if I can get the same number :)

Weekend is here :)
Did my workout for the day 2.8 miles in 30 minutes.
We had the biggest loser competition where I work at, I ranked the 4th, HAPPY, 4th out 37 participants.
Weekend is here means some grocery shopping to cook my meals for the next week.

Enjoying a box of healthy snacks (Broccoli, Celery, Green Pepper) dipping them in Hummus :)

Did my workout for today, considering the busy day I have usually on Weds, I leave to work around 7 and not back until 10 PM, ( Work + School )
Did a 30 minutes interval running and walking at fast pace
2.65 Miles in 30 minutes.
