Good stuff .. down to 236 Pounds :)
Did my 30 minute run today
New record 30 min = 3.0 miles sharp
Eating Healthy and moving forward :)

2.87 Miles in 30 mins
getting closer to my number for the 5k goal
3.1 is my first goal in 30 mins.
later I will try to improve the number.
First time I hit 2.87 miles in 30 mins

back to my normal run 2.75 miles in 30 minutes
for those who are interested my food for today so far.
1 Cup of Almond Milk ( Just started it recently, I was missing a lot )
3 Eggs with one turkey chopped inside and one tomato ( what a mix lol )
small piece of cheesecake ( my colleagues brought it in) LOL
mixed vegetables, Bulgur, chicken baked in the oven.
Soon, some vegetable to dip in hummus ( Broccoli, Celery, Green Pepper )

I did only 2.1 miles today, dont know felt like tired.
Maybe cause this is my fourth day in a row exercising (not coming up with excuses)
Still eating healthy not sleeking.
One more thing I added to my diet is Almond milk its really tasty
usually when am back home I make a Almond milk banana shake. It tastes delicious mmmm kinda my sweet snack for the day.
