Banana & Chocolate Muffins

Low calorie and low fat but still tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 175 °C.
  2. In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. In the same bowl, combine the mashed bananas, yogourt, apple sauce, vanilla and water.
  4. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and brown sugar.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
  6. Fill the muffin mold at 2/3. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  7. Note: the idea is to replace the fat with apple sauce and fat free yogourt. You can do the same with any of your favorite muffin recipes.
