Sonoma vs. Mediterranean
Sonoma is much more structured and considered as a diet than just eating healthy mediterranean. It is much more of a roadmap to better eating habits and in doing so you can lose weight, safely and while enjoying what you eat.

Pre-menstral HUNGER
Join the club! I indulge in some low fat yogurt or ice cream when those cravings kick in. Have not found a way to bypass them.

The WW icecreams are good, portioned controlled as well.

Water...
How can you tell whether you're retaining water. I drink a lot of water...bottles everywhere...but I've never stopped to think about how much is being retained and how to stop retaining it...Smile

I am interested in this Curves diet, to me it sounds like it is more focused on exercise and less on eating, can it really be a long term plan.

Also the initial 2 week phase seems highly restricive/scary. Please tell us how you get on.
