Oh Canada! The weight stall broke. Only lost 0.6 lbs but hey its a loss after only a week!!! I'm pumped. Feel awesome. Did not think I was going to lose any weight for another week. I had mentally prepared myself for it. I guess July is my lucky month. My birthday is just a few days away and i'm just 3.2 lbs from my target goal for big 30th. Who would've thunk it.
Weekend has been good so far - food wise. Today is a barbecue at my parents. Long drive out - might take the subway.
Will be a food /scratch that/ atkins saint at the party. *chants to self* "I will be. I will be. I will be." Enjoy your Sunday!
