Scale weight 185.4

Edit: I went yellow! Next stop, green. I've 14.6 lbs to lose before I get that color.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done!! Keep up good work. I think too the colours are fab.. I slipped back to orange after family celebrations and it has me fighting to keep good and make it back to the yellows :)

let me know how it goes when you get to green because the last 3 lbs seem to be stubborn...but I did start lifting for toning purposes..but still need to lose about 5 more...has not fallen off like the firt 45 did...good luck

Thanks for the warning 101camshaft. The weight training could be slowing things down, you might be building bone and muscle. My weight loss dropped of a little bit, but then I made sure I was getting adequate iodine in my diet and it seems to have brought it back. I let know
