DId very bad this weekend. Excuse is my cousin from the UK is here. Eat out a lot and did no exercise.
Feel really upset, when I saw that my weihgt had climbed up above 3 lbs.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
