It seems I have dieted my entire life. I have never been happy with my weight and have been a yoyo dieter. I turned 50 this year and had decided that I wanted to be healthy. My goals are not agressive any more. I always wanted to loose 50lb, but now if I loose 5lbs at a time I will be very happy.
Every 5lbs, I will celebrate.
BY JANUARY 25TH i WANT TO BE AT 175LB (-7)
BY FEBRUATY 25TH I WANT TO BE AT 170LB (-12)
BY MARCH 25TH I WANT TO BE AT 165LB (-17)
BY APRIL 25TH I WNAT TO BE AT 160LB (-22)
BY MAY 25TH I WANT TO BE AT 155LB (-27)
BY JUNE 25TH I WANT TO BE AT 150LB (-32)
IN JULY I WILL REEVALUATE MY GOALS
