body fat: 22.9%; water weight: 51.8%; muscle mass: 38.1%; BMI: 26.0; BMR: 1889

I am still recovering from a torn chest muscle and popped rib; so no serious bodyweight training yet, hopefully I will be back to my routine in a week.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
