I got up the courage to weigh in today and was up a pound after vacation. I was expecting more so I'll take the pound. I had lost a pound before leaving for vacation, so I'm back to where I was a couple of weeks ago. I'm hoping I can get back into the swing of things and lose that pound within the next couple of weeks.
I got my tired butt out of bed this morning and got my workout in, so I'm tired but I feel great. Now, if I can just get back into my better eating habits I'll be set. I'm going to try to find some new recipes for lunch, I think I'm finally getting burnt out on sandwiches and wraps. I didn't have much time for grocery shopping when we got back, so I just got the same things for lunch this week, but hopefully I can change it up a little next week.
I know I was just on vacation, but I'm so ready for the weekend!

Nice! Just a pound after vacation is a win!!! Good luck getting back into daily routine - that's usually the worst part afterwards.

Only a pound gained on vacation? That is *definitely* a win. You'll have it off in no time.

One pound is nothing! That's great, kudos to you! To not put on more is hard to do, but a lot of times you are active which helps. I agree, will be gone in no time!

Thanks!! I think I'm eating worse after vacation, so if I can get that reined in I think I'll be okay.
