I got up the courage to weigh in today and was up a pound after vacation. I was expecting more so I'll take the pound. I had lost a pound before leaving for vacation, so I'm back to where I was a couple of weeks ago. I'm hoping I can get back into the swing of things and lose that pound within the next couple of weeks. I got my tired butt out of bed this morning and got my workout in, so I'm tired but I feel great. Now, if I can just get back into my better eating habits I'll be set. I'm going to try to find some new recipes for lunch, I think I'm finally getting burnt out on sandwiches and wraps. I didn't have much time for grocery shopping when we got back, so I just got the same things for lunch this week, but hopefully I can change it up a little next week. I know I was just on vacation, but I'm so ready for the weekend!
