Well look at that weigh gain. That is what happens...at least to me :)...to have surgery months ago...and then stress upon stress upon stress. Well guess who just put the breaks on! I DID!!! Holy Moly 139...Grrrrrrrrr!

I have regained control of my life...I had to make huge changes that unfortunately makes me sad however it is what needed to be done and at the end of the day that is all that matters...I must be happy first! Then and only then can it flow onto others!

Up at 4am this morning...with my good old friend Tony Horton...who of course whipped this out of shape ass this morning! P90X Day 1 - and loving it!

139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
