I did some strength training this week, so I'm feeling like I've lost inches but not weight. It's all good with me!
240.9 lb Lost so far: 24.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes indeed. I'm a size 10 at 180, so I don't really care what the scale says.
