Whew, only .2lbs now from the lowest. It’s weird, I don’t have any intention of giving up and I have WAY more pounds than 20 to lose... but either I dreamed or my mind is just thinking that I’ll only lose 20 on this diet and then it will cease to stop working. That’s obviously not the case as it works and worked for thousands of people for more than 20 lbs... but it’s a weird nagging feeling. 🤔
