I am not moving at all since I started phase 2. boo hoo
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cidko me too. well I am losing but it slowed down to only 1 lb this week. I lost 4,3,3,1 Its tough but you can do it. Maybe you can do a little more excercise and are you adding fiber? That helps too.

It helps to fill in the diet entry every day (unless you are doing this on your own). On this site your daily consumption is added up by the number of proteins, fats, and carbs you eat. Are you eating one carb at a time, each day, and stopping at about 3 at the end of one week? you have to start slowly and see what your body will tolerate. Lots of luck.

Its always hard to know what to say to help when we can't see a food journal for you. How much did you lose on phase 1 ? You can feel welcome to look at my food journal for ideas. Except for when my doc took me off blood pressure meds and it affected water retention and made my weight fluctuate for little while, I have consistantly lost every week on South Beach. I eat plenty of food and snacks. Snacks are important to keep our metabolism going, and eating enough calories in a day so our metabolism doesn't slow down. I recently increased my calories per day and started losing better. Good luck
