Hello. My name is Cynthia. I am 39 years old. I am married to the most wonderful man for the past 12 1/2 years. I also have two beautiful children. My daughter, Breanna, is 18 and will graduate HS in June. My son, Brandon, is 11 and his passion is baseball. I love to cook, camp, and my most recent obsession: excercise. A couple of months ago you couldn't get me and that word next to each other but now I actually crave it. My husband is very dedicated to his job so it is mainly just my son and I so we do lots of these things together. I joined FS on Jan 12, 2008 and have lost 20 lbs :D My beginning weight was orginally 221.5 and I am currently 195. My ultimate goal is 140. Late this summer my husband and I are planning a cruise so hope to be atleast 160 by then. I really enjoy the challenges these wonderful buddies of mine put together to help me stay accountable. Thank you so much for your support and encouragement.

Today I walked 1 1/2 hours = 5 miles
My ususal is 1 hr = 3miles

My mini goal is to get back to journaling my food diary, drink more water, and get re-focused and continue to workout some way, some how every day Very Happy
