Hi my name is Cynthia. I have been a Fatsecret member since January 12, 2008. Wow, I have been through a lot in the past 4 years, can't believe it has been four years since I first joined this website, even as I am typing it seems so unbelievable! I have had many ups and downs, not just with my weight ; ) but I can say that His promise, I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me, is tried and true. I have lost a total of 80 pounds since first starting my weight loss journey. Before I came to Fatsecret I was weighing 217-221 depending on the day and the time of day in which I was weighing in, since then I have learned to weigh in at the exact time each morning and stick with that one weight. I wish to continue my weight loss journey until I reach my goal weight of 130. My doctor gave me the goal of 135, what a joke when you are 87 pounds heavier than that weight but I pushed through, gone up, back down, back up, and finally I am maintaining between 143-145. I was maintaining at 140 all through Christmas break while at home but now I am back at school full-time while working full-time and not always maintaining a healthy eating lifestyle but soon I will get my life in order and start once again losing that last 10-15....
