Into the 160's and going to keep on this plan. Counting calories but now working on increasing protein. Steady exercise 4 days a week - weather is too cold for going outside yet but I will be going outside anyway!

168.1 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
