So I followed the diet, Drank my water, and avoided soda's. Over the five days we were gone I managed to drop three pounds. So I am getting back to the weight I had recorded on the 2nd of May. Rather disappointing. That little trip to Nebraska set me back almost a month and it may end up being more.

You are back on track and headed down hill--weight wise. This is how we reach the goal. Not in expecting there'll never be hazards or delays, but in getting back on track and keeping our eyes on the goal. Congratulations on being an overcomer!
