Starting to lose motivation for exercising. I find myself doing the bare minimum, and then being lazy the rest of the day. Problem is, I'm still getting results so it's hard to find that motivation to start working out like i used to. I just hope I at least keep the bare minimum, otherwise my hard work is about to reverse.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might be getting bored. Try switching up your exercise. Do different things. Take a new class. Get some workout dvds. Put on some music and go out for a walk or run. Go out for a bike ride. You want to look good with your clothes on, lose weight. You want to look good naked, exercise! Now kick it up, summers coming.
