I'm engaged!

I was doing really well with this, recording everything that passed my lips and losing a ton of weight. But then I went to Key West and ate out every night. Trying to figure out what exactly went in what was ridiculous, so I decided just to make healthy decisions and not worry about it. Then the Friday before we came back my significant other popped the question! After that, going out to eat and drinking was a normal occurrence in order to celebrate! Now here we are a month later and I'm thinking about my wedding dress. I was petrified to step on that scale today, but apparently making those healthy decisions worked to my benefit! I actually lost some weight since my last weigh in! At least I can feel confident that once I stop counting the calories, I know how to make healthy decisions!

But I need to be 179 to finally make that jump into healthy weight, and then lose an additional 29 pounds to be smack dab in the middle of healthy weight where I ideally would like to be! I'm getting fitted for my dress the beginning of November, so 36.5 in 3 and a half months!

So Excited :)
