wow this weekend was a downward spiral- i am definetley experience the Monday shame hehe gotta get back in gear
163.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

We've all probably made some mistake or other. The important thing is to get right back on track and not to beat yourself up.
