I've been so good and I'm so proud of myself... went to the grocery yesterday and stocked up on things I needed to stick to the suggested menu in the SB Diet book. yeah me!
217.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
