Week two of no losses. Plateauuuuuuuuu. But hey, this is for life, so it shouldn't matter how long it takes. But can I please be hot by my 21st birthday, please? ;)

And in case you were wondering, I didn't put my weight in last week because I was hoping it was just a phase. And yes, I am mad that my beautiful chart is gonna get an ugly slope of zero now. I didn't want to hit an asymptote yet! How OC of me.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey we've all been there. I've been stuck at about the same weight for about a month now and it can get tedious. Try to rev up the intensity on your activity level and try to get at least 75g of protein a day. Protein helps burn fat while you sleep and leaves you feeling less hungry throughout the day. I've got a challenge coming up called Hungry No More III that seems to have worked for a lot of people in the previous set. Last time as a group we lost over 300lbs in six weeks. Maybe you should try it out and see if it helps you get past this plateau.
