Started F.S. 1/1/2010. I use the knowledge and experience that I have gained to live in the moment. Projecting my youthful energy, living on purpose and with love. "Green Healing Energy", comes from many sources such as good food, listening to my body to know what to do, and the company kept. My daily goal is to sustain and build my life energy as strong and as far as it may possibly take me. Transitioning is what we human beings do second by second, year after year. Moments of being in snippets of time. I am high on life itself. I am on the path of en-lighten-UP! I have knowledge that I can reach my goal weight when I apply myself. The tools I am using are choosing nutritious food, exercise, water, and surrounding myself with inspirational supportive people. I thank the people who provide the public with Fat Secret because it is so much fun and very helpful. Thank you Mimi for letting me know about this site because it provides a lot of support and tips that I truly appreciate. TOWANDA is attitude, a way of life to gain what is required to feel good about oneself and is worth the effort. Loving and taking care of one self by stepping outside of guilt, shame or from what ever place you do not want to be. Come from your power, not your weakness, accept yourself as you are right now, not taking oneself so seriously or be too hard on oneself. Be kind to yourself. Did you ever see "Fried Green Tomatoes"? Something about the Kathy Bates character strikes a chord with me and I feel the word TOWANDA gives me some kind of inspirational power. YouTube has a few videos that come up when you type the word Towanda in Google. Pick one of the longer running Towanda clips and play it as it will give you a better understanding :) To my Buddies, we are doing it and will reach our goals and maintain. TOWANDA!!!

DREAMS
Hello Sngglbnny, last night in my dream a discheveled looking man kept lurking about my world. I remember I was spending time in my past with my Mother and other people whom I have loved and was afraid for us because he was trying to cause much harm by throwing grenades at our feet or by using other means of fear. Several attempts were made but the granades didn't go off or the fires didn't ignite. Every time Mr. Fear Man tried to frighten me I grew stronger and less fearful by a knowing that he couldn't harm me. Fear is the absence of love and my NOW self woke up this morning and was very thankful for this knowledge.

How often to weigh in?
The answer to this is.... the decision is yours. Whatever works for you may not work for me. While losing weight I have been choosing to weigh in daily because I need that daily accountability. I started by weighing in weekly but when I hit a plateau I knew I needed to make some changes and when I did things started working again. I always figure as long as I am honest with myself by keeping within my R.R.I. and getting in the correct amount of exercise my body loses weight so in my head the lowest number on the scale is the one I choose to accept as my true weight because of what I call Flucking fluctionations. If you look at my weight loss graph you can see I have been averaging a pound a week but the weight has fluctuated. I accept the lowest number of 150 to be my true weight right now. I didn't let it the numbers discourage me and hung in there and at 43 pounds lighter I am glad I did. Best wishes, TOWANDA!!

People buy more if they see the product-- this probably applies to eating too
Great tip and reminder, thanks! Towanda!

Best advice or encouragement you have received?
"Lisa, remember you are addicted to nicotine, so now that you quit, never, ever, ever take another drag from a cigarette". It has been over 15 years and I have been nicotine free ever since. TOWANDA!!!
