Still have my migraine headache - dull but present.

Taco Bell Taco Salad for dinner - No meat, exchanged for beans, and ate 1/2 Taco Shell.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 81.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
