Eating mostly organic (no-processed) foods cooked at home. Take-out carefully chosen. Salads and fruit as much as possible. Trying to eat 3 fish meals a week is difficult. Red meat is good quality free-range Piedmonteez cattle and chicken is no grain-fed chickens. Farm fresh eggs or organic. Staying away from corn and grain is not easy. Loving some authentic Mexican tacos with home-made corn taco shells.
