according to my doc, It's ok to go as low as 1500 cal vs 2400
he believes healthy sustainability will rest btwn 1800-2000 cal max.
243.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
