Have kept my calories under 1100kcal for a week except one day and added several hunder exercise calories to my work out, I think i'm doing this a slowly as the doctor wants. I wish it was faster though.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
