I am currently a mature student trying to become a personal fitness trainer.
recently remarried and enjoying my life again, the thirty pounds I packed on shows just how much.
trying to get back up to the 20 kilometers a day that I used to do about three years ago.
I have arthritis and insulin resistance, getting in shape is a need with me not a want, I have to do this to have a better quality of life.

Numb feet
I find it happens after about 45min, I lift my feet and wiggle my toes to take the pressure off the pedial nerve.

record it under light callistenics, but reduce the time by half, just don't forget to add activity you do at home and after work as well
