A strangely high weigh-in for a Saturday. There are probably several reasons for this:

1. I weighed in at 3:30 AM, I couldn't sleep and Wife and I decided to get up and watch movies and get going on the day. I wanted coffee, so I decided to weigh in this early. Normally, I'd be waiting at least 5 more hours before weigh-in.

2. I had a blow out through easter, so I am probably still a little heavy after that.

3. (TMI warning!) No number 2 this morning.

Still, 78.7 is not at all a bad weigh-in for me. It's just a "bad" weigh-in for a Saturday.

I'm still gonna continue with my plan. Calculating my calories in vs. out for the last week brings me in a 7000+ deficit. I need to have a smaller deficit. I'm even tempted to say I'm eating too little.

So, my plan for next week is to up my RDI to 2200 per day, and what I don't make it to eat on the day will be transferred to Saturday's Indulgence Day. I will, however, not purposefully save up to go nuts on Saturday, just see to it that I have a little extra.

Even your TMI is not really TMI. You're cute, Keld. 78.7 doesn't seem like a bad weigh-in any day of the week, but it's so good that you're still paying close attention to the fluctuations. Have a great weekend.

1 and 3 will definetly do it. It's good to know there's someone out there that's as anal about numbers as I am. Hahaha. Have fun today.

Still a good weight KingKeld .... Anything under 80 is good - cause by the time you get rid of that loose skin, you will be under 77 anyway :-)

Each day is different and unique. 330 am??? And I thought I was up early at 6:30!!! Hope you have an enjoyable day with your beautiful bride!! Looking at some blue skies here even if it is still chilly out. I am having my first indulgence day since getting back into the swing of things. Weight is so strange. I got back on track on April 2nd and the scale has declined 13.4 lbs. Is that wild or what???
