The first time I had a bad loss on this programme 😟 Only 500g after 2 weeks on the injection. Fucking terrible. 😞 So it's back to the drawing board. I need to get focused. Stay committed to portion control and believe again in the plan. I've started something I can't NOT finish. I'll only have egg on my face. Egg that I could've eaten if I was on Stabilization phase already.
186.1 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
