I have stuck to my commitment to eat no sweets. I still need to drink more water -- will do that now! I ate a lot of vegetables yesterday but still need to track my food. I've done well so far today.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 4.2 lb a week

I am horrible with sweets. I try to replace them with fruits, but that doesn't always work. I log my food on here and that works great to keep me accountable for what I eat. Good luck!!
