Went on a walk with my 9 yo today, which was fun! She's said she'll do that with me more often, so I'm hoping…. I've walked several times this week and am having better lunches.

Since starting back working full time in the fall as a teacher, I've gained weight :-( I'd already gained a bit last year when I had a part time job. I'm trying to get back to getting some exercise and eating fewer sweets and carbs (always my downfall).
