felt good to stand on the scale and see it go down, not a lot mind you but anything is better than nothing. I love the feeling of getting my blood sugar under control.
Exercise is going to be hard today, arthritis is acting up due to the cold windy weather.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
