A little better, but not much. No popcorn yesterday because it was a day off. I need to remember snacks for breaks at work because the popcorn smells good, is always available and there are always people eating it. I'm not working today either, so no popcorn. I will weigh tomorrow to see if it is making a difference.
179.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You said it all for me yesterday!!! I stepped on scale this morning to find I had regained 2 pounds. Damn!!!! I am determined though to get down to 180 for starters!!!My grandson opened up a tin of chocolate covered shortbread cookies so today I am having a hard time to stay away from them. Hope he devours them all soon.
