When you are doing workouts like P90X you need to measure yourself. That body fat going down, means that you are losing inches. That means you are still losing even though you are not seeing it on the scale. It will mean the difference between being 140 pounds and size 4 or being 140 pounds and being a size 8. You could also end up weighing 145 but being much smaller than if you were 140 pounds and not exercising. When the scale isn't moving, focus on your fitness and the way your clothes fit. The scale will move again. You are doing great.

Yea, I would chuck the scale altogether and measure your progress by how your clothes fit and how defined your muscles become. I started my first round of P90x at 135, dropped down to 133, and am now at 137 even though I dropped from a size 6 pants to a size 4. See, I think I gained all the weight in my arms, heehee. Don't get discouraged.

Could be a gain in muscle mass . . .

Thanks to everyone for the comments. I am not doing the measuring tape, although I can see changes in my muscles (gun show anyone?). It's just so frustrating to not see the scale move. I try to focus on trying to keep perfecting form and intensity when I work out. I am still burning 700+ per workout, and I keep a pretty clean diet. I know it's just a numbers and set point issue, but I am impatient. Especially when I work out this hard I want to see more results!
