Now I am 22, have realized I don't feel the need to really drink as much (or anything at all) and am working to be back to my normal size. My normal size is under 100lbs. Shocking for most of you who might read this because it seems like I am crazy to want to be at that weight. However, I am 5'2" and have been that weight all through high school and three years of college. I want to feel like me again and fit back into my clothes. I also don't want this ten lb gain to turn into 20 or 30.

Other than that, I am hoping to really get support from the website as well as be able to fully see progress..It is just really discouraging because I feel like I always rock between numbers instead of reducing my range.

Sex and Weight - Will I Feel Sexier When I Lose the Weight?
It is all about your mindset. I am thin and have a pretty great body, and yet my sex life has gone down the drain because I feel fake when I dress up for my boyfriend. Its like he sees me when I am sick, when I am not cute at all, and now I feel like its halloween when I put on lingerie. I really have been working to try and remember that he finds me sexy and in all honesty men only care if you have a vagina. They are more excited they are having sex. I think the best advice is to work on being comfortable with being uncomfortable. I tell myself that if I can just relax and enjoy the moment, we will both enjoy it more.

Carb Cycle. It will take you off atkins, but it will help you re enter into regular eating. Also HIIT training is also great

Calling all Vegetarians! and even if you're not.
I don't have a one specific website I use more then others, but most of my vegetarian recipes are recipes that started out including meat, but I just took that part out.

I make two really good sweet potato recipes. One is a sweet potato I put in the microwave for about 10 minutes or until soft, then I break it open like a baked potato but put a mixture of canned diced tomatoes, a can of black beans, a little cumin and coriander and then I just sprinkle on fresh cilantro. I just mix it together in a bowl and then scoop it on top of however many sweet potatoes. Its really good with a side salad or steamed broccoli on the side.

The other sweet potato recipe is one I eat at least once a week. I dice sweet potatoes, usually one per person which will still give me leftovers. I boil them until tender and then drain. While they are boiling, I saute roughly chopped onions and bell peppers, in a little olive oil. When those are done, I dump in a jar of my favorite hot salsa to the onion/pepper mix, but you can use any type of salsa you like. I add about a teaspoon or so of cumin and let it simmer for a bit. Then I add it to the drained sweet potatoes. Its actually a very quick and easy recipe. On days I do want a little meat, I just add diced chicken sausage to the onions and peppers. This recipe is sooo good, and even better the next morning. I usually take a scoop or two, put it in a pan on the stove and add two eggs, then roll it into a tortilla for the ultimate breakfast burrito.

Vegetarian brown fried rice is another good recipe too. There are many you can find online if you have left over brown rice. I add peas, carrots, mushrooms, onion, and basically anything else I can find in my fridge.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Calling all Vegetarians! and even if you're not.
I completely know where you are coming from. Taking the steps towards a vegetarian, vegan or anything in between is not always easy. Even my meat loving boyfriend requests this once a week. They are that good! They are even good without the cheese so don't feel you need to use it if you don't want to. Start sharing this recipe with your friends and tell them if they are having a dinner party to make this! hahaha The part that still amazes me is how easy this recipe is and how you just throw it in the crock pot and it just cooks while you go about your day.

Sushi is great if you get veggie rolls or avocado rolls. I usually like shrimp or crab, but I can totally live off veggie rolls, especially with sriarcha. Yum! As for the chicken salad, do you mean chicken salad or chicken salad sandwich? I have an interesting recipe for chicken salad sandwich using chick peas instead of meat.
