I did not want to start this Monday. It's going to be a busy week which is good for the most part, but just hectic. My kids are going to D.C. with my Mom on Wednesday, so we're getting them ready for that, and I have a friend that is retiring the same day, so I'm helping with her party that afternoon also (can you say CAKE). My Dad is staying home while my Mom is vacationing, so I'll probably check in on him a few times and I'm taking him dinner on Friday. He had a stroke a few years back and his mind is sharp, but he's wheelchair bound because he can't use his left side. Luckily, my Mom was able to hire someone to check in on him a couple of times a day, and he can get himself around the house pretty well. I just worry about him home alone.

Anyway, on the workout front, I did my workout over the weekend and even did a stretching workout. This morning I got my workout done, I moved up a level so it was new, and that was interesting. Tomorrow is a new workout too. It's good though, I'm enjoying seeing the progress.

I made it through the weekend without killing my eating plan. I had some bread which isn't really "allowed", but I'm not going to completely give it up for the rest of my life, so I figure I can deal with it once in a while if I learn to work it in. I want to learn to make changes that I can live with, not make drastic changes that are going to make me cave and want to eat everything in sight. I've got everything prepped for today, so no caving here.
