Hello fellow travelers, I have been a bit lax in checking in. I was out of town over the weekend and just did not get to it. I am doing pretty good. I did lose the weight I gained on my vacation so I am feeling good about that.
I still want to eat sometimes mindlessly. Still learning the little ins and outs but all in all doing well.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
