**HAPPY DANCE**

Today I hit the 50 pounds lost milestone!!!! What shall I do to celebrate?!?!
221.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1446 kcal Fat: 29.12g | Prot: 163.66g | Carb: 144.32g.   Breakfast: coffee, hood half and half, High Protein Oatmeal with Blueberries, Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie. Lunch: Boneless skinless chicken breasts, sweet red pepper, ezekiel bread, maranatha. Dinner: broccoli, sweet potato, Raw Haddock. Snacks/Other: nonfat chobani plain. more...

Thanks, everyone. I like the idea of a pedicure! I go to Palm Springs, CA in a few weeks, so the sandals are coming out of winter storage! :)
