Well, today was weigh in day for me. I only lost 2 lbs, but it is also that time of the month for me so I'm not discouraged. I've been very good sticking to plan with the exception of last night. We went to dinner with a great friend of mine and I wasn't going to offend her so I ate everything that she served. I have also realized that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. So I will keep plugging along.

Absolutely, take the two pounds and run (the first two week are critical in a way, so do your very best to follow the diet to the letter). Keep up the good work Skinny Mom!

That's great. But just know, on phase 1, you can add on a couple pounds just by one cheat. Only water weight though. So you probably will be back down a couple more by tomorrow if you do strict phase 1. But I agree with Info, phase 1 is crucial in setting up your success for the rest of your journey. Really will help eliminate bad cravings.
