skinny mom's Journal, 06 January 2008

Well it's been a week on SB, didn't loose as much as I wanted this week. Tomorrow I start exercising I did get a new ballet type video. It looks like it will be great for my legs and butt, which is where I carry all my weight. Tonight is Desperate Housewives, it will be strange not to watch with a glass of wine. In a few weeks I will be able to do that again.

What video is it? I always like to try new ones. I really want my legs to get sleeker. I like Desperate Housewives to but I refuse to watch if my husband is around. Soap operas and Sex and the City too. LOL. He would make fun of me.

My husband refers to it as "Desperate Housesluts"!! haha. he won't watch. we go to seperate rooms for that hour! But he loves Brothers and Sisters.

Hang in there Skinny Mom! I had a slow start in the beginning also. I really have been sticking with Phase I, except I have wine on the weekends. (FRiday-Sunday - while watching Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters.) I'd rather have my wine than a bag of chips or chocolate. Go Figure. Don't give up. I have been on it since Oct. 15th and I feel great and I'm still pumped. They say...anything done for 21 days becomes a habit. I am proof of that! Just keep saying 21 days! and your over the hump.

If you can use your food journal, it could really help trouble shoot for you, if youre interested. It is a great tool and sometimes its something very little that can easily be pointed out. Sounds like youre doing awesome though..keep up the good work!
