So I remembered late in the day yesterday that I had forgotten to take my evening medicine from the night before. That would explain suddenly being regular a little better and also the congestion and headache in the morning yesterday. No headache this morning and the rest of yesterday was fine. I exercised quite a bit and my weight is finally down again! Hooray! 2 more lbs! Went a little off track on my food but still OK! Doing really well! Not as much time for projects yesterday and goofed off a bit in the evening, but that is ok, too.

I need to try and spend some time this week or next designing a strength training program for at home too. I can hardly remember any of the exercises from the gym and I think the strength training will help me slim down and build up my strength quicker than anything. More to come on this.

Today is going to busy, as are all the days leading up to the party, so I plan on sticking to the schedule pretty intensively to get everything done. I hope it all works out!
