Well, it is the second day since the diet crossover and here are a few things I have to report. First off, I awoke with head congestion and a headache this morning. In fact, this all began in the middle of the night and got worse as the night wore on. Headache was really bothering me when I woke up early at 4:30, so I took some Aleve and laid back down until my alarm went off. Had a hard time getting back to sleep at first, but then fell deep asleep and didn't want to get up when my alarm went off. Still felt congested although a bit better at the time, so I got up and started getting around and am much better now. The headache and is gone and so is the congestion pretty much. It is weird that as soon as I stopped taking the antibiotics my symptoms came back and are more severe. I am beginning to think I should contact the doctor again on this. We'll see how I feel tomorrow, though.

I think the diet is going to work a lot better, although last night I perhaps over ate a little. Going to try to be more conservative in how much I eat today.

Everything else is going extremely well. Things are better at work. Settling down a bit, and tomorrow my vacation starts! I am nervous about having so much to do for the party this weekend, and I am not really sure what to make for snacks, although guacamole is for certain, but I want to have other snacks that are classy, beautiful, but also tasty and not too expensive and something that I can actually eat. Not sure what that is, but I will spend some time today trying to figure it out carefully. Lots to do this week! I might need to coral some help!
178.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
