Awoke to a headache this morning. Tyson is claiming that it has been happening every Sunday for a month, but I honestly don't remember that being the case. I might have to go back and look over my old journals and see if he is right. Awoke a bit late this morning, and since my weight is not back down and I had a terrible time with my diet last night, I have decided to switch from Atkins over to a low calorie diet and watch portions and increase my exercise. This will likely be much better for me and especially for my ongoing battle with constipation. I am really having a hard time with that. If things don't get better with that soon, I might have to cut back on one or the other of my meds or stop taking them altogether. Not looking forward to that, but I have to do what I have to do. We'll see how it affects me.

Also had serious indigestion yesterday and took Prevacid several times. That is much better today.

I took Aleve for my headache this morning and it seems to be more under control today. I slept in a bit this morning, but my plan is to get a lot of progress done on cleaning the house today and reading and writing. Shouldn't be a problem.

Also, it will be important for me to spend some time planning out meals carefully now, to ensure that I have all the groceries I need and food the is appropriate for my new diet plan. I will spend some time working on that today too.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
