Well, it's not great but it's going in the right direction so I'm happy with that.
128.1 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't you hate it that you have to work so hard to get weight off, but can gain it with "0" effort?!!! You did well...I'm proud of you. I suspect my upcoming weigh-in will hold an unpleasant surprise for me...sigh. Well, I still have a couple of days left. We'll see ;)

Thank you, Baxie. Are you having a bad week? I thought your loss last week was in response to hard work and a minimal loss the previous week. Hope you'll see a result.

Yeah, it's a little hard to pinpoint. Not so much WHAT I ate, as how much. But then again, it's really still about my exercise level, I just can't seem to get motivated...ugh.
