Well, I foresaw this happening at least. Hopefully next week will make up for it. How discouraging! I really really want to see 175 on the scale, so bad I can taste it. Weight loss is definitely not easy. At least when I did my body fat percentage, it was the same, so I know that I haven't gained any fat. I am more than likely retaining a lot of water right now. Maybe next week I will see that 175... here's hoping!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
